| Shipping |
| It is our objective to provide you with the most cost-effective
and efficient shipping available. We work closely with various
shipping companies to provide our customers with the highest level
of service at the lowest possible costs. As diligently as we work to ship your order as quickly as possible, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances which delay receipt of your items, therefore, we ask that you please allow up to 21 days for your delivery to arrive at your doorstep. However, most items are received within 5 to 10 days. If you order from outside the continuous 48 United States, your order may take a little longer to be received. All items listed on our website will be shipped within the continuous 48 United States for no additional shipping charge, only a handling fee. ![]() If you wish to have an item shipped outside the continuous 48 United States, we will be happy to accommodate, however all shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We will contact you once your order is received to provide you with the shipping costs before the item is shipped. Although we try to include all the items in our warehouse on our website, there are many parts and equipment that are in stock, ready to ship, but not listed on our website. Please email us or call our office if you cannot find what you are looking for. Most of these items will be shipped as stated above, however some larger items (ie: commercial filter equipment) may have to be shipped via freight company and the additional costs are to be paid by the customer. Again, we will contact you before your purchase ships to inform you of the additional costs. We now carry chemicals for your convenience. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship chemicals outside of the continuous 48 United States. (ie: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada) There are times in which a product is needed "right away". We offer 2-Day Shipping at an additional cost and will be billed directly to your credit card. |

| Tracking numbers are usually available 3 business
days after the order is processed. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS refused orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee PLUS freight both ways. Common Carrier refused orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee PLUS freight both ways. |
| When Your Order Is received |
| Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage.
Pool-Depot.com is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage
or damage to shipped items MUST be reported to the carrier, and
noted on the bill of lading, at the time of delivery. Any shortages
and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If
not reported, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.
Shipping cost are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. |
| Returns, Credits, Exchanges |
| You may return your purchase to Pool-Depot.com, freight
pre-paid, within thirty (30) days of receipt, with the exception
of the following items: - Special Orders (Items ordered Direct from the manufacturer for you) - Custom Orders (Items made to measurements provided by you) - Pool Covers or Solar Blankets that have been opened and/or unboxed. - Inflatable Toys or Pools that have been opened and/or unboxed. - Electronic Items, including, but not limited to, pumps, pool controllers, lights. - Any item that has been Used, Tested or Installed, including Pool Cleaners. Please Note: All parts returned will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase less a 20% restocking fee.** |
| Every return must have: |
| 1. RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number written
on the package and be clearly visible and legible. 2. The original invoice must be in the box. 3. A copy of the Return Material Authorization must be in the box. Products received without an RMA number will be refused and will be returned to you. RMA's cannot be issued on items delivered more than twenty nine (29) days prior to the request, and to receive the refund, the item must be received by us within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please print out a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FORM (RMA) and fill in all of the requested information to receive your RMA number. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. You will receive an RMA number upon receipt of your completed RMA form, via email or fax. Please allow two (2) business days to process your request. **To receive your refund, the item must contain all parts, documents, manuals and be packed properly in its original box. The item must be received by us clean and in good working order. Products that have been installed, tested or used cannot be returned. Freight charges to return an item are the purchaser’s responsibility except when returning an item which you did not order and we sent to you mistakenly. No returns are accepted after Thirty (30) days from date of delivery. |
| Warranty |
| All products carry original manufacturer's warranty.
No warranty is implied by Pool-Depot.com. All warranties are handled
through the manufacturer. At no time is Pool-Depot.com responsible
for covering any warranty claims on products they sell. We list all MANUFACTURER’S WEB SITE ADDRESS'S for your convenience. We deal with only reputable companies who handle their warranty situations in a courteous and timely manner. |
