Any item that has been Used, Tested or Installed, including Pool Cleaners.
Please Note: All parts returned will be credited to the original credit
card used for the purchase less a 20% restocking fee.**
Every return must have:
RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number written on the package and be clearly visible and legible.
The original invoice must be in the box.
A copy of the Return Material Authorization, received in your email, must be in the box.
Products received without an RMA number will be refused and will be returned to you.
RMA's cannot be issued on items delivered more than twenty nine (29) days prior to
the request, and to receive the refund, the item must be received by us within thirty
(30) days of delivery. Please email us at info@pool-depot.com to receive your RETURN
MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FORM (RMA). Please fill in our RMA form in full to
receive your RMA number. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Upon receipt of
your completed RMA form, via email or fax, please allow two (2) business days to
process your request.
**To receive your refund, the item must contain all parts, documents, manuals and
be packed properly in its original box. The item must be received by us clean and
in good working order. Products that have been installed, tested or used cannot be returned.
Freight charges to return an item are the purchaser’s responsibility except when
returning an item which you did not order and we sent to you mistakenly.
No returns are accepted after Thirty (30) days from date of delivery.
